Description
Our Hot Stone Massage utilizes hot basalt stones as an extension of the therapist’s hands. The hot stones blended with a Deep Tissue Massage or Swedish Massage will leave the body in a deep state of relaxation both mentally and physically. Utilizing hot stones in a massage sends a signal to the body to turn off the stress response and turn on the relaxation state of being. Leaving the body with relaxed muscles, alleviated pain, improved circulation, and increased range of motion.
